One of the reasons that cider producers had resisted pasteurization is that it requires that the cider be heated – and heat changes the flavor and characteristics of cider. FPE CiderSure technology utilizes ultraviolet light, not heat, and light does not alter the flavor of the cider. Maintain that fresh cider flavor your customers have grown to love.
